Send us your logo
Email your logo to: Info@CorporateImpressions.biz in a jpg, tiff, or eps file format. If you don’t have one of those, send us what you have and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Digitizing
Digitizing is the term used to describe the computerized file that tells the embroidery machine how to sew out your logo. Cost to digitize is $65 if your order is less than $800, or free if your total order is more than $800. This is a one-time fee and there are no fees for reorders.
PMS Colors
Most logos are created with specific colors. Let us know what those colors are, usually referred to as PMS colors, and we will match that color to the closest thread color. Keep in mind that when matching thread to ink colors, there may be some variances.
In the case where you want the logo to be subtle, you may want to use a tone-on-tone look. This is where the thread color used closely matches the color of the apparel. The effect is subtle and classy.
If you’d like to use totally different thread colors altogether, just let us know. We’re happy to discuss your options and make suggestions.
Logo size; embroidered
Most logos are sized to 4″ high x 3.5″ wide for the left, front chest and 2.25″ high and 4″ wide for a cap. We will size your logo to best present the image based on our experience. The most common adjustment to logos is with the sizing of the text. The minimum text size is 3/16″ in height.
Location
Most logos are embroidered on the left chest of the apparel. Other locations are gaining in popularity such as the left sleeve, cuff, lower sleeve or the yoke (on the back under the collar). Let us know if you have a different location in mind.
Approval
Once we have your logo and order, we will digitize it and sew it out on a swatch of material; scan it, and then email it to you for your approval. We will not begin production until we have your approval. That way you know exactly what you are getting when your logo apparel arrives. Upon your approval of this proof, your apparel items will be sewn and shipped to you.
